If the subscription fails to activate or the provided license key is invalid on the first activation attempt due to a technical or issuance error from the store.
If activation details or access information are not delivered due to a technical issue within the store systems, provided that the purchase can be verified.
The store guarantees successful activation for seven days from the purchase date. If activation fails during this period due to a technical issue unrelated to the user or device, the store will resolve the issue or reissue valid activation credentials as appropriate.
