Refund and Replacement Policy – Ajmal Fursah Store

Due to the nature of our digital products and subscription services, which are delivered and activated immediately and provide instant access and benefits, our refund and replacement policy follows the legal exceptions applicable to digital products and electronic services under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article One – Refund and Replacement Policy for Digital Products and Subscriptions

1. Non Refundable After Activation

Once a subscription is activated and license information or access credentials are delivered to the customer, whether via email, SMS, or displayed on the order page, the digital product is considered delivered and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

2. Legal Basis

Customers are not entitled to request a refund or replacement for digital products or subscription services after delivery or activation, in accordance with applicable legal exceptions for digital goods and software.

3. Free Trial as an Alternative

The store provides a full featured 30 day free trial for selected applications prior to subscription. Using the free trial allows customers to verify compatibility and evaluate the product before making a payment decision.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Prices may vary depending on the selected subscription plan and duration. All pricing details are clearly displayed on the product page prior to checkout, and price differences do not grant eligibility for refunds after activation.

Article Two – Mandatory Compensation or Replacement Cases

Notwithstanding the above, Ajmal Fursah Store is committed to providing appropriate compensation when the issue is caused directly by the store:

1. Activation Failure Due to Store Error

If the subscription fails to activate or the provided license key is invalid on the first activation attempt due to a technical or issuance error from the store.

2. Delivery or Access Issues

If activation details or access information are not delivered due to a technical issue within the store systems, provided that the purchase can be verified.

3. Activation Guarantee

The store guarantees successful activation for seven days from the purchase date. If activation fails during this period due to a technical issue unrelated to the user or device, the store will resolve the issue or reissue valid activation credentials as appropriate.

Article Three – Compensation and Support Request Procedure

To request compensation or activation assistance during the guarantee period, customers must:

2. within seven days of purchase
3. Provide the order number or invoice number
4. Attach a screenshot showing the activation error if applicable
5. Provide basic system information when requested, such as Windows edition Home or Pro, to assist with troubleshooting

Article Four – Non Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements do not apply in the following cases:

1. Device or operating system incompatibility with the published application requirements
2. Use of Windows Home when the application requires features available only in Pro or Enterprise editions
3. Issues caused by changes to core hardware components or system settings
4. Interference from third party software affecting application functionality
5. License misuse, license sharing, device limit abuse, or violation of the terms of use
