Due to the nature of our digital products (Activation Keys), which are delivered instantly to the Consumer and provide immediate use and benefit, our Refund and Replacement Policy is subject to legal exemptions for digital products and software.
Article 1 - Refund and Replacement Policy (Digital Products)
- Non-Refundable Nature: Once the Activation Key is issued and delivered to the Consumer (whether via email, message, or displayed on the order page), it is considered a used product and its value cannot be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.
- Legal Basis: The Consumer is not entitled to a refund or replacement for products related to online software downloads or informational software that has been used, in accordance with the regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Free Trial as Alternative: The Store offers a full-featured, 30-day free trial for all applications before purchase. Using this trial is considered confirmation by the Consumer of product compatibility and acceptance prior to payment.
- Fixed Price: Replacement based on price or offers does not apply, as the Store maintains a fixed, low price (5 SAR) policy for all applications throughout the year.
Article 2 - Mandatory Compensation or Replacement (Activation Guarantee)
Notwithstanding Article 1, Ajmal Fursah Store is committed to providing compensation (key replacement) if the issue results from a direct error by the Store:
- Invalid Key: If the delivered Activation Key is found to be invalid, duplicate, or incorrect upon first activation attempt.
- Activation Guarantee: The Store guarantees the Activation Key will function correctly for seven (7) days from the date of purchase. If the key fails to activate during this period due to a technical error unrelated to the device or system (such as changing the CPU/Motherboard), the Store commits to providing a replacement key.
Compensation and Replacement Procedures:
- The Consumer must contact the Support Team via the official email [email protected] within the guarantee period (7 days), attaching the invoice number and a screenshot showing the error message.
- Compensation does not cover issues resulting from device or operating system incompatibility (such as Windows Home edition), as system requirements are clearly stated prior to purchase.
